    Your order will receive immediate attention and will ship free of charge to the United States, Canada and United Kingdom within 2 to 3 business days. When your item is not in stock, we will immediately notify you and give the option of canceling your order or having it delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. If you need to arrange for a different form of payment or don't feel comfortable using the internet for a credit card payment, call us for other arrangements.

    Fast, Reliable Shipping

    All items are shipped via FedEx and USPS. All items are fully insured, packed, and checked by two jewelers before shipped to you.

    Delivery can take up to 6 business days from date of shipment. International orders are always welcome, but may take longer for delivery. Due to overseas postal services, international shipping is not available in every country.

    Orders received Monday through Thursday will generally be shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped the next business day. However, if your order requires ring sizing or custom work, please allow 5 business days after your order is placed for shipment. Rarely, when an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date, and have the option of proceeding with your order.

    In regards to next day shipping, we begin processing all orders immediately. However, many jewelry pieces require special attention such as setting gemstones, ring sizing, or customizing a particular part. These types of custom pieces will be shipped as soon as they are ready, usually within 5 business days. If next day air is immediately necessary, contact us via phone first to see if we have the item ready in stock for immediate shipment. You will be notified if your item is not in stock. There is a no charge for regular next day air shipping.

    Taxes, duty and import fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. A 8.75% sales tax will be added to orders shipped in New York State.

    Damaged Items

    We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however shipping accidents do occur. For your protection, do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, you need to do the following, 1) immediately contact your local USPS or FedEx for a Damage Inspection report and 2) request that USPS or FedEx return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.

    We understand that purchasing merchandise online is something most of us still have not gotten used to. When spending this much money on an item, you want to make sure you like it, actually, you want to make sure you love it. For that reason, all pieces purchased from Sarge are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not the slightest bit satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you a full refund or exchange for an item with the same price. Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of sale and returned in the condition received (we will determine the validity of this). For your security, all returns are opened in the presence of two jewelry receivers who verify the contents upon their arrival. We can only refund merchandise that is received back within 14 days of the invoice date and is in new, resalable condition without any scratches, nicks or marks. A refund on an exchanged item will he not be awarded. Custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless specified at the time of order. Engraved orders can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

    Any item modified from its original delivery form will not be accepted. No used jewelry can be returned (we will determine the validity of this). Shipping fees for returns are at the buyer's expense, and shipping fees that were paid to send the piece will be deducted from the credited or refunded amount, unless a mistake on our part. Please contact us prior to returning items.

    For your protection, it is recommended that you insure the package for the full amount of the invoice, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. This is the safest way to ship high-value items (note: Airborne Express often leaves packages in doorways without seeking signatures, we will not accept responsibility for unsigned shipments). If we do not receive the package, we can not issue a refund. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with us 1 week after a returned item is shipped to ensure that your package has been received. Credit card purchase refunds will be posted to the original credit card account.

    In order to protect the package against theft, do not write jewelry, diamonds or any other luxury related word on the box. We can not be responsible for return shipping losses. (Note: We have never had an item returned.)
