Shipping Questions
All items are shipped free of charge to the United States and United Kingdom. We ship via FedEx and USPS in a cherry wood and leather box. All items are insured.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received Monday through Thursday will generally be shipped within 24 hours. Orders received on Fridays will be shipped the next business day. However, if your order requires ring sizing or custom work, your order be shipped 5 business days after we receive your order.
If I choose next day air for my delivery method, will I receive my order tomorrow?
This depends on what you ordered. We begin processing all orders immediately. However, many jewelry pieces require special attention such as setting gemstones, ring sizing, or customizing a particular jewelry piece. These types of custom pieces will be shipped as soon as they are ready, usually within 5 business days. If next day air is immediately necessary, contact us via phone first to see if we have the item ready in stock to immediate shipment. You will be notified if your item is not in stock.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship by UPS Ground or FedEx. Depending where the piece is sent to, delivery can take between 3-6 business days in the Continental US. International orders are always welcome. Due to some overseas postal services, international shipping is not available in every country.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately for insurance purposes, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please understand that this is for your security.
How will I know when my order has been shipped and when will it arrive?
Upon shipment of your order, we will send you an email telling you of the status of you order.
If you think your order is late or taking a while to leave our store, please keep in mind:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing shipment.
- Money Orders and Cashiers Checks must be received before order is shipped.
- Delivery occurs Monday through Friday.
What if a package arrives damaged?
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however shipping accidents do occur. For your protection, do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, you need to do the following, 1) immediately contact your local USPS or FedEx for a Damage Inspection report and 2) request that USPS or FedEx return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.
Can I ship to an address other than my home address?
Yes, we will be happy to ship to an alternate delivery address. However, for security reasons, if you payment was made with a credit card, we will use the billing address on record with your credit card company. Please understand this is strictly for security reasons.
Deliveries usually should not take longer during holiday seasons.
